- Received The decision of Primorsk city council "On the approval of land allocation of land plots";
- Signed the Agreement on land lease of land plots, total area 22.4381 ha for 49 years. Purpose - for the production and distribution of electrical energy;
- Signed the Agreement on design and research works;
- Signed the Agreement on connection to electrical grids (alternative energy) and received Technical requirements on connection to electrical grids, valid till 31.12.2018 from PJSC "Zaporizhzhaoblenergo";
- Signed the Agreement on connection to electrical grids (nonstandard connection) and received Technical requirements on connection, which is not standard, valid till 22.05.2018 from PJSC "Zaporizhzhaoblenergo";
- Receiver Declaration on the beginning of preparatory works;
- Receiver Declaration on the beginning of construction works.
