Essence of the Project: conducting a technical audit of documentation for the construction of a 9.3 MW solar power plant in the Petrovsky district of the Kirovograd region.
Works executed by IKNET:
- audit of the existing documents, which are necessary for determination of the cost of electric power production of the 9.3 MW solar power plant;
- assessment of the risks of limiting the SPP power output (technical and legal), taking into account perspective objects of the renewable energy sources of the district;
- assessment of the connection cost;
- impact of the approved scheme of connection on the cost of connection, and the risks of cost increase are investigated.
