Project description: Legal support in the implementation of the project for the construction of a ground-based photovoltaic solar power plant located in the town of Grebinka, Poltava region.
Scope of IKNET:
- consulting support for the implementation of design, construction and commissioning of a solar power plant;
- preparation, execution and registration of documents in NCRECP for obtaining a license for the right to carry out economic activities for the production of electricity;
- formation of the tariff structure for electricity production and preparation of all the necessary documents for the approval of the "green" tariff for electricity in NCRECP;
- preparation of all necessary documents and organization of the conclusion of contracts for dispatch control from the OSB, on the settlement of imbalances from the OSB, for the distribution of electricity with the OCP, the purchase and sale of electricity at the "green" tariff with the State Enterprise "Guaranteed Buyer".
