Land lot area occupies 39,6138 ha. It is located in Ustynivka district Kirovohrad region, and it can be used for the construction of SPP with approximate capacity of 20 MW.

Presently the following project documentation is in place:
- A land lease agreement for 50 years. Category of land lot - the land of industry, transport, communications, energy, defense and other purposes;
- The feasibility study "The scheme of power output of SPP with the total capacity of 190 MW located in the Kirovohrad region, including the following sites: Kompaniivka, installed capacity of 40 MW; Bobrinets, installed capacity of 15 MW; Ustynivka, installed capacity of 20 MW; Novoarkhangelsk, installed capacity of 100 MW";
- Technical specification for the SPP connection to the power grids of PJSC Kirovohradoblenergo.
