For reliable electricity providing of a private house more and more owners wishing to install their own generating installation – solar and/or wind power stations (SPP and/or WPP) on the private household territory.
Besides, at the legislative level for private SPP and/or WPP with capacity up to 30 kW is provided the possibility to sale electricity excesses produced by SPP (WPP) to Oblenergo for "green" tariff.
However, there are certain requirements for obtaining a "green" tariff defined in the Order of sales, accounting and calculations for electricity generated from alternative sources of energy by electric power facilities (generating installations) of a private households (the Resolution of the National Commission for state regulation in the energy and municipal services from 25.02.2016 № 229).
WHAT CONDITIONS OF "GREEN" TARIFF OBTAINING FOR SPP (WPP) ARE?
1) the total installed capacity of the generating installations SPP and/ or WPP can't exceed 30 kW;
2) the total installed capacity of the generating installations SPP and/ or WPP can't exceed capacity, allowed for consumption for the contract about using the electricity;
3) organization of direct relations between consumers and Electricity supplier that supplies electricity at regulated tariffs;
4) SPP (WPP) construction in accordance with the recommendations of manufacturers and in compliance with the Rules of Electrical Installation (PUE).
It should be noted, that the installed power of the generating installation is determined according to the nominal power of inverter equipment of the generating installation.
In addition, the generating installation considered commissioned from the date of filing (sending) application-message to the Electricity supplier (Oblenergo).
THE MAIN STAGES OF SPP (WPP) PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION FOR PRIVATE HOUSEHOLDS WHICH WORTH TO KNOW
1) Preparatory stage
Includes the following work: documentation audit; analysis of the existing power supply scheme; evaluation of roof surface potential on the possibility of solar panels installing and determination of their maximum amount (SPP power); bringing documents in accordance with the requirements of Electricity supplier (Oblenergo).
This stage is extremely important from the position of obtaining the "green" tariff.
As experience shows, precisely because of not serious attitude to preparatory stage and the desire to save money leads to the fact that Oblenergo can't conclude a contract of electricity purchase/sale with a Consumer because of legislation inconsistencies and as a result - the impossibility of "green" tariff obtaining.
2) Delivery of main and auxiliary equipment
Includes such works as: choice of main and additional equipment (solar panels, inverter, battery, controller, monitoring system, etc.); equipment supply to the Facility.
From the proposed and chosen by Customer equipment depends quality, reliability and cost, which in turn affects the payback period of SPP, the possibility of produced electricity selling or their own needs ensuring.
3) Construction. Installation and commissioning works performing
This stage involves the preparation of the roof surface; installation of metal fasteners, panels, inverter equipment, etc.; adjustment works.
Incorrectly assembled circuit of SPP issuing power can cause equipment damage, which in turn will increase the total cost of the project and its implementation period, and may obtain the lower "green" tariff than previously anticipated by Customer. In addition, damaged equipment will not be a warranty or insurance subject (for non-compliance of the recommendations of manufacturers and PUE requirements).
4) Work organization with Oblenergo
The final stage, which includes opening a bank account; filling single-line scheme and other documents; metering unit installation; conclusion of a Contract of electricity purchase/sale by the "green" tariff.
